At Bright Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and radiant in your new suit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective hygiene seals are still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
